Location: the hotel was close enough to all stores and plenty of resturants and several restaurants and the Masters Tournament. The room was well laid out, it included coffee/tea making facilities, iron/ironing board and a work desk. The employees were helpful and attentive and offered excellent services🙂👌😀
The staff were unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

walking distance to parks and restaurants makes it a great stay
The hotel is a short stroll away from beautiful lake olmstead park and just around the corner from great dining options like prime 1079 steakhouse. The friendly staff added to my experience, always offering extra help when I needed it most .

A cute staff makes a difference
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff. The hotel was impeccably clean, with a cozy common area for breakfast.
The only downside was the thin walls. I could hear the TV from the neighboring room, which disrupted my peace at night.

The staff was super friendly, and the location was great, just a short drive from Augusta National Golf Club, where we had a blast exploring the beautiful surroundings.
For dads, it would be great if the pool was operational because the kids were really looking forward to that.

Family with children will appreciate this place
The front desk lady was awesome, like seriously, she made the check-in process smooth after a little confusion from a rookie worker. Plus the rooms were clean, no dust, and comfy beds, just what you need for a good night's sleep.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, I can live with it.

The heated swimming pool looked amazing, and the jacuzzi would've been a great way to unwind, but unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance . I appreciated everything, but I did wish for more variety in the breakfast options 😊

Friendly and Helpful Staff
The staff here, especially the young lady who checked us in-she was super sweet and friendly. The lobby and breakfast area looked very clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and great shower. The breakfast could use improvement. I would have preferred plain scrambled eggs instead of the omelet patties.
