The hotel is a short stroll away from beautiful lake olmstead park and just around the corner from great dining options like prime 1079 steakhouse, making it perfect for a weekend city exploration. the friendly staff truly added to my experience, always offering extra help when I needed it most during my stay.

A welcoming staff makes a difference

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff, making check-in a breeze. The hotel was impeccably clean, offering a cozy common area for breakfast.

The only downside was the thin walls. I could hear the TV from the neighboring room, which disrupted my peace at night.

We had a lovely stay with the grandkids, enjoying the clean, spacious room and the cozy breakfast area.

For dads, it would be great if the pool was operational because the kids were really looking forward to that.

Cleanliness in the living area was noticeable, but some minor maintenance issues were present.

The front desk lady was awesome, like seriously, she made the check-in process smooth after a little confusion from a rookie worker. Plus the rooms were clean, no dust, and comfy beds, just what you need for a good night’s sleep.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, I can live with it.

I had a lovely stay here, especially enjoying the spacious corner room with two windows and the relaxing 24-hour brewed coffee available in the breakfast area. The heated swimming pool looked amazing, and the jacuzzi would’ve been a great way to unwind, but unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance during my visit. Overall, I truly appreciated everything, but I did wish for more variety in the breakfast options. 😊

The Holiday Inn Express provided an excellent stay, with a clean and spacious Standard King Room that met all my business needs. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, from efficient check-in to assisting with my inquiries during the stay. The breakfast options were satisfactory, with a good variety to choose from, allowing me to start my workday on the right foot.

The staff here really made my stay enjoyable, especially the young lady who checked us in—she was super sweet and friendly. The lobby and breakfast area looked very clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and great shower. However, the breakfast could use improvement. I would have preferred plain scrambled eggs instead of the omelet patties.
